July 27 - Only mention as Seals partner. He was a partner in the Hitchcock and Chamberlain contracting company that owned 1/12 of the team's stock.
June 1961 - Mention in society column that he was building a winter home on a “cane plantation” in Antigua
November 1961 - Wintering in Great House in Antigua, complete with 14-member service staff and ghost who walked the halls nightly dowsing candles that comprised almost all the lighting in the building. Apparently this bothered the family, which was why they were building their own home nearby.
