Cow Palace Machinations

Hoping to start play in 1961, new WHL franchise owner Coley Hall offered to pay the $225,000 needed to install an ice surface at the San Francisco Cow Palace, but the facility's directors did not come to a decision on the project after discussing it. They said they would consider it again at a June 13 meeting.
